About Kate Newton-John

A Florida native, currently residing in Casselberry, Florida with her husband Joshua, their children Gabriel and Jude, and their three dogs Shea, Nala, and Bindi, Attorney Kate Newton-John believes that everyone should have access to an advocate should they find themselves in a legal situation.

Ms. Newton-John attended the University of Central Florida for her Bachelor's Degree, and attended Stetson University College of Law for her Juris Doctor degree. She has worked in private practice since 2014, handling real estate, family law, social security disability, insurance, and construction related matters. She has effectively resolved hundreds of cases through final judgment in her legal career, and has the skill and experience to negotiate a settlement or to take your case to trial.

When Ms. Newton-John founded Newton-John Law, P.A., her vision was to create a firm where people could connect with a lawyer who cared about the outcome of their case, and to create a level of service that is hard to come by in the legal field. Her primary mission is serving others, and she is committed to volunteering actively in her community serving those in need, focusing primarily on the elderly, children, and animals. When she can find the time, she also enjoys keeping active whether it be boating, ballroom dancing, yoga, or mountain biking.

At Newton-John Law, P.A., she primarily serves Family Law clients. Her work with families includes handling divorces, resolving paternity conflicts, and enforcing or modifying child support.
